Chicken Thighs With Honey-Ginger Glaze(Yield: 2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 C honey
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp grated, peeled, fresh ginger
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot sauce
    1 tsp vegetable oil
    3/4 lb skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Preparation
    Combine honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a small bowl; stir well.
    Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken thighs; cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
    Add honey mixture; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
