Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (15 oz.) cottage cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, mushrooms, pepper, V-8, oregano, pepper and cornstarch.
    Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens, stirring constantly 5 minutes or more.
    Layer this mixture, then 1/3 cup of cheeses and eggs mixed on each noodle and roll up. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and add 1 cup of sauce on bottom and put rolls in, then top with remaining sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Add Parmesan cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more.
