Ingredients

1 large roll sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 or 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 lb. frozen strawberries, drained
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cook
cookie
dough
like crust on pizza pan (greased). Let cool.
Mix
Cool Whip, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese and spread on
crust.
Soak
bananas
in
pineapple juice.
Layer fruit on top of other mixture and top with pecans and coconut. Store in refrigerator.
