Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    3/4 c. uncooked quick oats
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil (to fry burgers in) or nonfat cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix all together well.
    Form into burgers.
    Fry until light brown and set on each side.
