Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw peeled potatoes
    4 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Grate potatoes in blender.
    Remove; drain off excess liquid. Put 1/2 cup potatoes, egg whites, flour, salt and pepper in blender; blend for 2 minutes.
    Combine with remaining potatoes. Fry thin pancakes in oil until golden brown.
