Corn And Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream-style white corn
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel gold and white corn, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken or cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cook broccoli, onion and basil, covered, in 1/2 cup water in large saucepan 3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. DO NOT DRAIN. Stir corn, condensed soup and milk into broccoli mixture. Heat through. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper, if desired.
