Ingredients

4 1/2 c. ohelo berries
4 1/2 to 5 c. sugar
few slices of lemon rind
1 Tbsp. water
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pkg. Certo
Preparation

Boil the berries with the 1 tablespoon water until the berries break.
Combine the other ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often, until the sauce thickens.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
