Lamb Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lamb stew meat
water (to cover)
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. curry powder (more, if desired)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
Cook lamb in water for about 20 minutes.
Add seasonings and simmer together until meat is tender.
Remove bay leaf.
I use crock-pot.
