Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) package elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    2 cups milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salt water; drain and rinse.
    In a sauce pan melt butter and stir in flour.
    Beat egg and milk together and stir into the flour mixture.
    Add salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Stir in cheese and add to macaroni. (If too thick add a little milk.)
    Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
