Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 3 large lemons
Preparation

Make pastry and line the pan.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and milk; beat well, then add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Pour mixture into the pan, baking at 350\u00b0 until done.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
