Roast Made Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red or green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    3 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 medium carrots
    8 whole new potatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 lb. boneless beef rump roast
    2 medium onions
