Italian Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. carrot, sliced
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. cabbage, chopped
    1 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. scallions, sliced
    1 can tomatoes with juice
    sliced tomatoes
Preparation
    Add broken spaghetti and simmer.
    Serve and top with grated Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella cheese and croutons.
