Sweet Potatoes And Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes or yams
small jar honey
2 Tbsp. orange juice
salt to taste

Preparation

Peel sweet potatoes.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices lengthwise. Boil for 15 minutes.
Drain and remove to warm casserole dish (greased).
Mix honey and juice.
Pour mixture over sweets.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender.
