Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 1/2 c. flour
sesame seed
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Add 2 cups water, sugar, oil, salt and flour.
Mix well and let rise 10 minutes in a warm place.
Punch down and stir 5 times at 10 minute intervals. On a lightly floured board, divide dough into three parts.
Knead lightly.
Roll out oblong.
Roll up and twist; wet top.
Put sesame seed on and let rise until double in size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
