Spinach Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh leaf spinach
cooking oil
cooking starch
teriyaki sauce
Preparation

Put enough leaf spinach in 10-inch frying pan to pile up about 4 inches above top of pan.
Pour in about 1/4 cup of oil.
Put stove on medium and cook leaves down to point where spinach is soft and oily.
Stir with spatula the whole time (3 to 5 minutes). Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and continue to stir. Add 2 tablespoons of starch and stir.
