Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and 1 cup sugar.
Add lemon juice.
Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
Mix milk in slowly.
Place in double boiler.
Add butter; cook until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites; add 3 tablespoons sugar; put on pie and brown.
