Linguini With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. undrained chopped clams
1/8 c. butter
1/8 c. olive oil
1 large chopped onion
3+ cloves chopped garlic
1 c. fresh Italian chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. dried oregano and fresh basil
1/2 c. white wine
2 c. sliced mushrooms, sauteed
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter.
Stir in wine, clam juice, mushrooms, oregano, basil and parsley.
Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is almost gone.
Add salt and pepper.
