Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    4 1/2 c. milk
    4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
    3 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
    16 slices bread, crusted, cubed and dried
    1 c. milk
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk, then dried mustard.
    Add sausage, bread, cheese and put in large casserole dish.
    Let set in refrigerator all night.
    Before baking the next morning, add the 1 cup milk and cream of mushroom soup.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 20.
