Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco; add yeast mixture and buttermilk.
    Stir until mixture sticks together in one big ball.
    Turn out onto a floured cloth or board.
    Knead lightly. Roll out and cut as biscuits.
    Cook on greased sheet at 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Mixture will keep in refrigerator as long as a week.
