Low Cholesterol Stuffing For Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 loaf (1 lb. size) slightly dry bread
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey, celery and onions in olive oil and margarine.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix.
    Makes enough for 12 pound turkey.
    This is a good substitute for those who like a sausage dressing at holiday time.
