Creole Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 serving pieces steak
    1/2 c. green bell pepper
    2 c. water
    1 small can tomatoes
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    1 clove garlic
    salt
    red pepper
Preparation
    Cook steak in small amount of oil until brown.
    Add onions, pepper, garlic, rice, water and tomatoes.
    Turn fire down and let steam until rice is done.
    Then add salt and red pepper to taste. You may need to add more water, depending on your taste.
