Creamy Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    1/2 can water
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken with bouillon until it falls from bone.
    Drain and remove bones.
    Add cooked chicken to soup.
    Add milk and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Serve over cooked rice.
