Crab Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1/4 lb. or 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. garlic Season-All
1 c. crab or shrimp
Preparation

Cook bacon; drain and chop.
Saute mushrooms and onion in bacon fat.
Cool.
Mix crab with remaining ingredients and then with bacon.
Spread on French bread.
Sprinkle with cayenne or paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
