Sausage Bread Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen bread (3 loaves)
1 pkg. sausage (1 lb.)
2 lb. ground meat (lean)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (1 lb.)
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
2 large jars sliced mushrooms
1 large jar sliced jalapenos (optional)
1 bunch green onion tops
1 medium container Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut loaves in half and allow to rise.
Brown ground meat and remove excess grease.
Cut sausage into 1/8-inch slices. Brown and also drain. Grate the cheeses.
Cut onion tops.
Allow meat to cool.
Each ingredient should be in separate bowls.
Roll out dough very thin and round. Spread butter generously over dough. In center, add each ingredient in layers. Roll into loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Makes 6 loaves.
