Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    butter
    milk
    seasoned salt
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Provolone, etc.)
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes as usual.
    Scoop out skins, leaving a very small edge.
    Mash potatoes with milk, butter and seasoned salt to taste. Add shredded cheese and mix until it melts.
    Fill scooped out skins with potato mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake again until top is golden.
    Serves 6 or more.
