Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. white vinegar
    3 1/2 c. water
    6 Tbsp. pickling salt
    4 lb. green beans, cleaned
    21 black peppercorns
    7 tsp. hot pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    fresh dill
    7 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Combine water, vinegar and salt in pan; bring to boil.
    Pack beans in sterilized jars.
    Divide remaining ingredients among jars.
    Pour boiling liquid over, leaving 1/2-inch at top of jar. Seal jars.
    Put in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
    Makes 7 pints.
