Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Remove all skin from chicken and rinse and dry pieces thoroughly.
    Add seasoned salt to chicken to taste.
    Dip in milk and roll in cornflakes crumbs; let stand briefly so coating will adhere.
    Place chicken in an oiled baking pan.
    Line with foil for easy clean up.
    Do not crowd pieces (should not touch).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Crumbs will form a crispy skin.
