Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, skinned
    1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 small bottle Russian dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken in 19 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup mix, dressing and apricot preserves.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with white rice.
