Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tart apples (Granny Smith or Rome)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. water (may need more)
Preparation
    Peel and core apples; slice.
    Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Simmer apples in skillet until tender.
    Add water, if needed.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Mix together.
