Red, White And Green Vegetable Melange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sweet red pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. small cauliflower florets
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin seed
Preparation
    Cut red pepper into 1 inch squares.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add red pepper, cauliflower, peas (unthawed), water, salt, pepper and cumin.
    Cover tightly and cook over high heat, shaking the pan often until cauliflower is just tender; about 8 minutes.
