Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half, scalded
    1 egg
    1 c. chocolate chips
    2 c. whipped cream
    1 tsp. creme de menthe
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients but whipped cream.
    Process on high in blender for 1 minute.
    Pour into serving dishes.
    Chill until set. Top with whipped cream.
    Serves 4 to 6.
