Mom'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. squash
1 c. grated cheese
8 Ritz crackers
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 stick margarine
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until done.
Drain and mash.
Add cheese and margarine while mixture is still hot.
Add egg, milk, crackers, salt and pepper.
Put in buttered dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
