Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (fresh is best)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 fine cut coconut
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. allspice (optional)
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. pecans
raisins (optional)
marshmallows
Preparation

Combine potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, allspice and evaporated milk.
Pour into buttered pan.
Mix coconut, pecans and brown sugar in blender or processor.
Pour on top of souffle. Decorate with marshmallows.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
