Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomatoes, peeled, cored, chopped (2 1/2 lbs)
    2 c. green peppers, seeded, chopped (1 lb.)
    1 c. hot peppers, seeded, chopped (1/2 lb.)
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
    Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Pour hot into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
    Adjust lids. Process 30 minutes in boiling water canner.
    Makes about 6 half pints.
