Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cooked
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream (8 to 12 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with sour cream.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    In a skillet, cook beef with onion and red pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain grease.
    Stir garlic salt into meat mixture.
    Add soup, corn and milk; mix well.
