Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
Put wax paper on jelly roll pan and flour it lightly. Pour ingredients onto prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn upside down onto powdered sugared towel. Roll up and let sit for 1 hour.
Carefully unroll and fill with filling.
