Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, cracker crumbs and milk together.
    Spread on cookie sheet.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Cut into squares.
    Roll squares in flour and brown.
    Cover with 2 cans soup and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
