Old Fashioned Health Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. shortening (margarine)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat together shortening and sugar.
    Add egg. Add dry ingredients, milk and molasses.
    Mix well and add raisins.
    Drop batter into muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
