Shrimp Salad Petites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tiny shrimp
    1 celery stalk, finely chopped
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    1 small can sliced black olives, drained
    crackers or bread slices
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine shrimp, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Put 1 teaspoonful shrimp salad on crackers or bread slices. Sprinkle with paprika and top with olive slices.
    Makes about 1 dozen.
