Carrot Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. safflower oil
    3 medium carrots, peeled and finely grated
    3 medium all-purpose potatoes, peeled and finely grated
    1/2 small white onion, finely grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cube potatoes. Salt and pepper them, then cut margarine into small pieces and place on top.
    Place in preheated 400\u00b0 oven. Cook for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Amount of margarine used depends on amount of potatoes used.
