Sweet Potato Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato, peeled
vegetable cooking spray
salt to taste

Preparation

Slice potato very thin; arrange in single layer on baking sheets coated with vegetable spray.
Spray potatoes and bake at 325\u00b0 for 14 minutes.
Remove when brown and sprinkle salt to taste.
Store in airtight container.
Makes 3 dozen.
