Ranch House Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from meat and slash edges of meat.
    Combine flour, mustard, salt and pepper and coat meat.
    Brown meat in oil; remove the meat and add flour mixture that remains.
    Add a little water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook until thick.
    Replace meat in gravy and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
