Crock-Pot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 carrots, sliced
    2 onions, quartered
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    black pepper to taste
    2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
    1 pt. canned, whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Place in crock-pot in the order given, mixing seasonings with vegetables and putting chicken on top.
    Chop the tomatoes and pour over all.
    Sprinkle additional salt, garlic powder and oregano on top.
    Cook on low for at least 5 hours.
    Good meal for a busy day. Serves 6.
