Ruth'S Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese (sharp)
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 lb. flour (plain, 3 c.)
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 egg white
pecans
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream the cheese, butter and Tabasco sauce together. Add flour and chill.
Roll out and cut in shapes, placing pecan dipped in egg white on each shape. Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cold. Makes 60 plus (medium size shapes).
