German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-12 lg red skin potatoes
    3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    3 Tbsp. real mayonnaise
    1 small can chopped black olives
    2 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed)
    1/2 bottle of Hormel's Real Bacon Bits
    5 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
    salt (to taste)
    a pinch of paprika
    pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Quarter and boil potatoes until tender. Boil eggs. Let cool. Peel and cut eggs in 8 even wedges.
    Gently fold mustard and mayonnaise into potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Fold again with wooden spoon or rubber spatula (gently).
    Then add salt and pepper to taste.
    Allow to chill at least four hours.
