Spicy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In kettle, brown beef. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
