Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 tsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can Carnation milk
1 small cooked mashed sweet potato

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Strain to remove potato strings.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until firm in center.
