Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. chopped mushrooms
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 cans beef bouillon
Preparation
    Saute the bell pepper, onion and celery in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and bake in a 9 x 13-inch covered pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can make ahead and bake when ready.
