Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/4 sticks butter or oleo
1 egg
1/4 c. Pet milk
1 frozen pie crust
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pinch soda

Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Peel and cut potatoes crossways.
Cook until done.
Drain all water off; mash. Mix all ingredients as directed. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
