Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, chopped
    1/4 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. flour
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. cilantro
    2 c. water
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook pork in oil in skillet until brown, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with flour.
    Pour into crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Cook on low for 4 hours or longer.
    Serve with flour tortillas filled with melted cheese.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
